Transfers of personal data to a “natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body” in a Third Country as part of the delivery of a contracted service on behalf of a client will be considered “necessary” transfers in accordance with Article 49, and such transfers will be completed utilising our secure EU-based data storage solution for other institutions or customers to access it for the purpose of completing the contractual service.
